In the UK, historically, diesel was always cheaper than petrol. Then, diesel became dearer than petrol, and recently, as much as 25p per litre dearer. Just seems to be a money spinner.Sorry bout that,

For around a century in America, diesel was always a little over 1/2 the price of gas. It's a byproduct of making gasoline.In the UK, historically, diesel was always cheaper than petrol. Then, diesel became dearer than petrol, and recently, as much as 25p per litre dearer. Just seems to be a money spinner.
