You have a problem with an American who thinks they have a good case, pursuing it as far as possible? The trend these days seems to be that if the media anoints a candidate as winner, then anyone who questions that is a potential insurrectionist. Are you SURE that's how you think things should proceed in America? It will likely be pointless but maybe you should go back to some news items from 2016, 2018, and 2020. There were a lot of Democrats who were "election deniers" before it became a capitol offense.

I'd like to see her campaign take this case all the way to SCOTUS. IMO, there is no more urgent issue facing our nation than a growing lack of trust in our elections. Growling about it, mocking others like Lake who demonstrated in court that several AZ election laws were broken in Maricopa county, is not going to stop the people from becoming angry and or apathetic. When we lose respect for those in office, we also lose respect for the laws they slap us with. It's going to end badly.

If they are so sure that Lake lost, then give her her full court hearing and let her case fail for what it is, rather than chip 80% of it off, then run an egg timer for the rest saying: DING! You're out of time! Just as with Trump, it was more about really being sure our election was honest and fair than the outcome but all democrats care about is the OUTCOME, fair or otherwise, and if they really believed the elections WERE fair, they'd welcome the challenge. I mean, if they ever really gave Trump or Lake their full day in court and they STILL lost, then the Right wouldn't have a leg to stand on or a thing to say and they would HAVE to drop the issue!
