May I offer a metaphor?

As you know, we have the finest health care in the world. Why else would people come here for critical care?
It's a fine system for those who can afford it. A lesser system but with access to all could be considered a superior medical system in regards to public health and fairness.

it's funny how you want doctors and nurses to do their job at no money!!! Hilariously stupid people think that way!

You cute photo isn't silence, fool. It's an admission that you choose not to answer, likely because you don't have one to give us.

People who can afford good care will have a much better opinion of a medical system than someone who cannot. Do you dispute that point?

In countries with universal healthcare, like Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Israel, Japan, Croatia, Cyprus, France, Italy, Norway, Albania, Bahrain, Bhutan, Botswana, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Brazil and Algeria, one's financial status does not control what medical treatments to which one has access.

Are you this gullible about everything? Do you seriously believe that in the Communist countries you list, the hierarchy and wealthy have the same health care as the private citizens?

As you know the other countries you list not only have inferior health care but pay substantially more in taxes.

And then they come here to the USA to get better healthcare. Again, it's a shame you have no idea what you're talking about.

No country with universal health care prevents the wealthy from going wherever they want and paying for their own care. That's not the point. The point is that no one is so poor that they get no care.

How did writing laws that force everyone to get insurance or pay a tax for not getting insurance fix that?

Canada tried but their Supreme Court struck it down.

No one is denied health care in the U.S. either, so what is your point?

Canada has a universal health care system funded through taxes. This means that any Canadian citizen or permanent resident can apply for public health insurance. Each province and territory has a different health plan that covers different services and products.Dec 3, 2021

Canadian Supreme Court upholds right to take out private health insurance

A surprise ruling of the Supreme Court of Canada that struck down a Quebec prohibition on private health insurance in that province has raised fears that a two tier health care system will arise to replace the whole country's universal publicly funded system. Until now, Canadians have not been allowed to buy health insurance to cover services provided by the publicly funded system, even though there are long waits for some of these services. The decision of the court is likely to result in residents of other provinces also challenging the ban.

That is not true. No one is denied emergency health care. Almost all doctors demand payment at time of services. If you have no money or insurance or Medicaid or Medicare, they will not see you.
