So I've long heard shootings go up in Chicago on July 4th weekend, hoping the sound of gunshots will blend in with fireworks. Probably true, because this weekend is always one of the bloodiest of the year.

Wow nearly 100 people shot and 17 dead, sure is a good thing it wasn't a "mass shooting" that might have been really bad!
