In a Republic, actually
“A few dozen women gathered at a posh Miami brewery on a recent evening to listen to U.S. Rep. Mario Diaz-Balart outline the Republican plans to retain their slim House majority in next year’s elections. In an hour of remarks, Diaz-Balart did not bring up immigration on his own.

Diaz-Balart, Salazar and Rep. Carlos Gimenez have defended Trump despite the president’s efforts to eliminate protections that allow hundreds of thousands of Venezuelans, Cubans, and other migrants to live and work legally in the United States.”

Cuban American Republicans lack the courage and honesty to acknowledge the truth: that Trump’s immigration policy is motivated by racism, bigotry, and hate; motivated by a desire to remove ‘brown people’ like them from the country – that’s why they don’t mention Trump’s policy of hate and don’t talk about immigration.

BULLSHIT. First of all, why are there "protections" for some but not others? Second, what allows anyone from anywhere working or living in the USA is by simply being legally documented through legal channels. If Trump were unfairly against Latinos living and working here just because of their ethnicity, then why does he have a Latino as his Secretary of State?????

HUH?

WRONG. Non sequitur. There is nothing to navigate just because they are Cuban. Immigration is immigration, it is not confined to any one country or race. And Trump has no "immigration policy," Holmes, it is a DEPORTATION POLICY of taking people who broke our laws with no right to be here and just sending them back to where they belong.
