I just cant see that as a possibility. It is literally wherever people congregate.
Perhaps organisers should be made to risk assess locations and ensure basic measures are taken.
But I do wonder if we can design self driving trucks why cant we devise cars that cut out before impact ?

I don't know if he is Muslim, they said he is Asian, so it could be a disgruntled Filipino, they also said he was known to police, so probably already a criminal of some sort.

When my son arrests someone he can tell they are trying it on. They dont ask for their solicitor. They ask for a psych evaluation.

What a deplorable monster that man was. Even with the Canadian system being what it is, I don't think he'll ever get out. I can't help but wonder if this could somehow be election-related. My deepest condolences to the loved ones of all the victims and to the Phillipino-Canadian community.
