YES , i am familiar with the amateur historian Victor Suvorov, and he is 120% right (Stalin was preparing a deadly attack on Hitler) , thats why our professional historian hate him so much

i´d recommend you another amateur historian, mark solonin, he is a friend and successor of Victor Suvorov.

here you can find his texts in English

I thought that you would be familiar with Suvorov's findings and I appreciate the additional information.

I think that one of the primary clues as to Stalin's intentions is the fact that his forces were organized in offensive positions and preparing to strike on "M - Day" (Mobilization Day; 6 July 1941).

I first heard about Stalin's offensive positioning about 50 years ago when I was living, working and studying in Germany.
Since America was not part of the European Common Market, the jobs I was allowed to work were limited.

I took a job working with an older German stone mason who was a WW 2 Veteran on the Eastern Front.
Because I had been in Laos during the Vietnam War, he seemed to feel slightly more comfortable talking to me about his dismal war experiences.

Because it was summertime and we were working outdoors, we drank beer and shared experiences while we worked.
He had his war related nightmares and I had mine which paled in comparison.

Among the few things he mentioned was the curious offensive positioning of the Soviet forces which made things much easier for the advancing German forces until....

The observations of this man and others like him are also reported in many of the recently released former Soviet documents.

I am unfamiliar with Mark Solonin and look forward to reading what he has to say.

Thanks again,

in truth, the USA and the Western world all recognized the third Reich. For example, they all agreed to have the 1936 Summer Olympics in Nazi Germany.

Neville Chamberlain shook hands with Hitler. The British made a deal with the third Reich known as the Munich agreement

The original poster is unfairly criticizing the Soviet Union for signing a pact with Germany. He is one-sided and hypocritical.

He’s the same poster who excused Ukrainians for joining the SS in ww2

Truth is that a lot of Ukrainian supported the Soviets in ww2. And the American people and the Soviet people stood together in World War II. This is widely documented. No Nazi apologist can ever rewrite history.

All of this being said, I think that the German people get some unfair treatment because of World War II. Every country has a rough history. Every country has a good history. Truth is that Germany has brought a lot of good to the world. And there’s a lot more to their history than the 12 year period of the third reich

i do agree on all your points, 1) dont forget that stalin was very bad military commander. 2) dont forget that Bolshevik hordes HAVE TRIED TO CONQUER Europe in 20s. and Failed...Lenin´s strategical plan was to cut Europe in 2 (From Belarus -Poland to ITALY ) BUT Poles with support of France & Britain DESTROYED the barbaric, marxist hordes near warszawa .

Germany did not go to war with Poland alone. It was National - Socialist Germany and the Bolshevik commie empire together. Just a well-known fact that is overlooked because it does not fit with the description of the winners of World War II. National - Socialist Germany and the communist USSR unleashed World War II in a secret pact, while Poland and other European countries fell victim to aggression. 1939-1940 The USSR with Germany attacks Poland, executing officers, then throwing off bombing cities in Finland. They occupy Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Bessarabia and deported (to THE ARCTIC HELL) the local population. And only the Germans attacked Moscow, made the communists from the same fascists into the main victims of the war.

The evidence Stalin intended to invade is overwhelming. Hitler merely beat him to the punch. The enormous amounts of material and prisoners taken by the Germans immediately upon invasion, is as good an indication as any. The fact that the Red Army hadn’t constructed any defensive fortifications and had no depth of personnel, is another indication.

Regarding the horrendous conditions on the eastern front, you might read this book by a German soldier who saw much of it. I found it a compelling read.

WWII like all major wars in recent times was set up by the bankers and wealthy elites. It was not the good war as Americans like to think. Is there ever a good war?

The British Empire feared the rise of Germany, so the asshole drunken leader Churchill who was entirely controlled by the wealthy elite, did as he was told and pushed for war. Chamberlain was a true hero, but Americans and others consider him a weak fool. Sad really.

Hitler was obviously a nut job, but he had no intentions of conquering the world as Americans are taught. Had the allies not imposed ridiculous conditions on Germany after WWI and lied Germany into the armistice, Hitler likely never gains power.

Had the Brits and FDR minded their business and not instigated war by telling Poland not to negotiate with Hitler, the war might have been limited to Germany and the USSR.

YES, dont forget about The stalin´s line, which was completely abandoned in 1941
