That is not the topic but yes, whites have loud parties, too many people and are nuisance to the neighbors and the get the police called on them too but don’t play the race card.

In the case of the Prince Family, they will need to show a trend where fellow neighbors who are white or not black who had similar parties and did not get the police called on them. Otherwise, they just come off playing the race card.

Playing electric guitar in bands, through a full Marshall stack for most of my life, has given me insight into noise ordinances. They are pretty much the same in Everytown USA. Nothing before 8a. Not after 10p on weekdays, and midnight on weekends. I got arrested in Fairfield, CA for disturbing the peace. The case was dismissed as soon as the judge heard that I was arrested at 9:30p on a Sunday.

Hopefully, they don't have incessantly barking d0gs too.

I live in the next county in Maryland. Prince George’s County Maryland is one the nation’s most affluent, diverse counties; particularly for Blacks. The neighbors being sued - is it a specific white family or a collection of white only families? I’d bet that not all of the neighbors are white so they are going to have a difficult time winning the case.

I’d bet that not all of the neighbors are white so they are going to have a difficult time winning the case.

They’ll just sue the non-black ones — and win.
PG County has a median income 30% higher than the national average but our schools are second-worst in the state and our crime rate is among the highest.
