There are multiple white people who walked into that house and its caught on tape. None of them are dead. None of them were followed.

None of them bum rushed and assaulted a concerned neighbor.

He stole nothing of value, did no damage. Bunch of racist fanatics hunted this guy rather than having the police do their job... Freaking prosecutors HELD UP JUSTICE for WEEKS because they had a "conflict" knowing this ex-cop...

I am amazed that this thread goes on and on, Arbery committed Criminal Trespass, a probable Misdemeanor, but he stole nothing, damaged nothing, he left peacefully.

Was he supposed to let the suspected burglar take the firearm?

Keep in mind they ran into this punk before, and had a gun stolen from one of their vehicles. These guys called the police several times on the burglar. Like it or not, it was self defense.

Ya know... When I took Sr Lifesaving, they told us NOT to approach panicked swimmers unless we could knock them out cold.. THEN when I took defensive firearms training, they told me not to go grab a couple shotguns and chase down a jogger that MIGHT have "done something"...

There was NO DESIGN to this vigilante mission... LOSING your weapon to an ATTACKER is PROOF you did not do it right... Just like diving into the water and having a panicked swimmer try to take YOUR life with his... All it says is yahoo ignorance..

You DONT brandish firearms unless you intend to USE them.. And if you CANT get someone to "obey your order" to stop --- and you have NO JUSTIFICATION to SHOOT them -- you go home WITH your gun.. Not run up to them with a rifle or shotgun in particular..

Heck.. That's the fun part of a boring office job.. THanks for that.. Evidently he must have RECENTLY retired since the weapon revoke was in 2019,...
