Hilarity achieved success at one thing while she was SoS. She shepherded the Arab Spring social media blitz perfectly and they leveraged the same tactics during the 2020 election. Unfortunately for them, it is common knowledge now and they are back to the drawing board on how to easily influence world opinion.
