I would like to get one of those for my dog, Muffin, while living here on the third floor. When the video came out, I think it was named a Cat-a-Lift. I don't know if I could make a leash that long though and one that wouldn't snag. Good thing dogs do not understand how free cats really be. Considering how jealous dogs act around cats sometimes, maybe they do know. Dogs are getting real smart nowadays, and they are bound to find out more about those cats. Muffin is life the roadrunner sometimes when she sees a cat. I guess I am going to see a dire showdown.
