I personally refer to it as the Wuhan Virus, or more recently from a video of a media outlet that is outspoken against Communist abuses, the CCP Virus. So, I don't agree with the sign, but, it is an honest description of it's origins. I would MUCH prefer the sign say the CCP Virus. That would REALLY draw out the compromised. I suppose they tried to make some changes which I bolded in the article text below.

Ironically, of course, CBC has called the new variants of the Wuhan Virus (which, CBC always refers to as Covid, again, more irony), as the "U.K Variant", or, the new "South African Variant". Is that not offensive to the Brits or S.Africans?

We have to look really long and hard at the global elite influencers who bend over backwards to support the Communists and even mirror their propaganda, while happily doing just the opposite to allied nations, often to ignore reality. The virus came from China, end of story.

People in London, Ont., are calling for political action after seeing a sign at a downtown bar earlier this week that they say directly targets the Asian community.

The marquee board at the Ale House, which is known for controversial messaging, had criticized Premier Doug Ford's measures to stop the spread of COVID-19. On Thursday morning, the board read, "Mr Ford, history will show lockdowns caused more damage 2 the public then [sic] the China virus!"

It prompted a swift response across social media, with calls for the message to be removed immediately.

A petition launched Thursday morning called on Mayor Ed Holder to do so, amassing more than 2,000 signatures in several hours.

By lunchtime, the restaurant had changed the sign to read, "We love Chinese people we hate the genocide and China virus your commie govt has inflicted on us."
