It seems to me he wants to shut down dissent. when there is a demonstration and a few commit crimes then they are all insurgents trying to take down the government and they must be dealt with.. So when is biden going to order the arrest of all those people in the blm crowed that attacked and looted so many businesses, that attack ICE buildings and ICE agents. That attacked Federal Buildings trying to burned them down. In some cities they established sections of the city where they were in control and law enforcement officers were not allowed in. They were in control.. Hey biden were they not insurgents. Dont you need to dealt with them?
