A NYC attorney is automatically, once passing the Bar deemed a real estate broker. It is not only a benefit...real estate ethics is part of the material for the exam. So when she touted herself as a NYC attorney I asked her if she ever gets involved in real estate sales or leasing. Her respinse was " I am not a real estate broker". Yes, a set up question....but her answer spoke volumes about her credibility. She is a liar.
