Given the extremely small amount of campaign cash in the D Senate caucus the problems with Menendez will cause D Senate losses elsewhere win or lose.

Then why has his lead gone from 17 points to 6!? That was in Late August 3 weeks ago....probably closer to 3 or 4 point spread now.
