Hillary and Obama didn't feel he need to put Boko Haram on the terrorist list...until just recently.

Why is that???

They've been killing "black" Christians for a long time.

Did they NOT want to call black people "terrorists?"

Was it part of their campaign to downplay/cover-up terrorism growing???

Dumbfuck...the DoS puts groups on a terrorist list which bans US aid to those groups and helps funding to track and even counter those groups....so by not pointing out there are BLACK MUSLIM TERRORISTS killing innocent people in Nigeria a few years ago, Obama and Hillary created a situation today where hundreds to thousands have been killed and those girls kidnapped by a crazy fuck black man living in the jungle.
