There smaller venues where they can be used. WWE needs more creative writers to come up with a good story line. But the smaller markets can be profitable if manage right. Good talent going to waste.

Back in the day, the WWE (then the WWWF) would bring monster heels like Mr. Strowman into the territory and put them under the tutelage of a Classy Freddie Blassie or Grand Wizard to get them heat.

Even guys who were tremendous at doing promos like the Big Cat, Ernie Ladd, would have a manager to help stir the pot.

Sort of surprised they would dump Strowman, guess there won't be a Strowman-Fury 2 fight. And even if Strowman goes to another promotion, "Strowman" isn't the man's real name and its still owned by the WWE, so if there is a rematch elsewhere he'll have to use his real name or some other moniker.
