Of course it will not happen. This conservative government is beyond any measure the most corrupt government we have ever had.
Patronage is how all governments build power but it should not be done with public money.
Ironically the cost of defending this action has cost the taxpayer more than the £500k contract that caused the problem.
Expect world statesman johnson to do nothing.
