Here's the thing. If your family sues because you died of COVID, they would have to prove you died EXCLUSIVELY of COVID and not another per-existing condition.

That might be very difficult to prove.

Why would anyone sue because a family member got a flu and died? The government didn't force people to go out into public without protection. The government and the media warned everyone of the dangers. The people who died, took it upon themselves to ignore the warnings.
