Chef Jean-Pierre's famous bacon-wrapped meatloaf.

Try to microwave a pizza, a steak, or a hamburger the next day and observe what happens to it.

You can microwave meatloaf an eon later and it tastes the same as the day you made it.

I don't like flabby bacon. I've had bacon wrapped meatloaf, and I liked the meatloaf but not the bacon.

Do it in a smoker. Bacon gets crisp, when crisp the inside is done.

Look up "fatties" at barbecue brethren, it's basically a stuffed meatloaf usually using sausage.
