There is no any reason for high-level "negotiations", and, of course, the expired clown can't talk with the Russian president. There is nothing to talk about, there is no reason to talk, and there is nobody to discuss the conflict. There will be one of Russian diplomats, he'll read the short list of Russian demands (denazification, demilitarization and neutral status of Ukraine), Ukrainian representative will refuse them, and that's all. The war will be fought until the last Ukrainian.

New sources of energy mean Germany is no longer dependent on Russia, Germany's finance minister said.

Thing is Germany has cut out all Russian Gas and really Russia is only supplying central Europe through Turkey. (Hungary, Austria, Slovenia....)
This is being further reduced...

EU has plans to eventually get everyone off... China is taking up Gas and India is importing Oil....

we will see were this goes, but EU is talking to China about ceasefires is very constructive... China needs water and weakened Russia is more important than Gas....

EU has concerns about controlling the BRICs... I say they will do that in time with a deal with the CTTPP...
