Previously BA.2.86, JN.1 contains only one mutational change, S:L/455S.

The JN.1 mutation connection to Rhinolophus pearsonii, above, is a link to the bloodsucking land leech that this bat plays host to. So, SARS2 mutations now occurring in H. sapiens such as JN.1 must reconcile this "intermediate host," which also influences these SARS-like coronaviruses and their mutations.

The video of post #2,327 mentions ticks four times and still misses the tick connections to Lipkin. RFK Jr. documents Lipkin being concerned about the furin cleavage site of SARS2, while also missing the tick links to Lipkin.
The video also mentions Plum Island, so firstly there is a Bush connection:

Like SARS2, there are furin-like sequences, glycine zippers, etc. in this tick-borne virus. Ebola is also Mononegavirales, so the Lyme Disease tick, Ixodes scapularis, is also reservoir for an ebola-like virus.
Here is what RFK Jr. has to say about Likpin's furin cleavage site:
'On February 10, the coauthors sent Ian Lipkin a copy of the paper, apparently in an effort to get him to participate as well. There was "Safety in numbers," as Holmes put it. Lipkin, a Columbia University virologist, was hardly an unbiased bystander. US Right to Know (post #2,329) documents the Lipkin/Daszak publications, pointing to the earliest entry for hepatitis viruses. Rhinolophus bats are not mentioned in this early publication (last on the list):
