Damn my employer to Hell and back! We are implementing a new system and we have to input a bunch of data before we are put through onsite training on this new system. Well...the training got moved back a week and someone forgot to tell us. So now we are in this huge crunch to get all this data input...by Monday. We just found out Wednesday.
I am off work tomorrow because my husband is having hernia surgery. So I was told I would have to come in on the weekend...not getting this stuff done is NOT an option.
Luckily I am smart enough to treat the IT guys well. So they are providing me with the correct version of Excel to load on my home computer and I am just going to stay home and input my data. And make time and a half for doing it.
But damn my bosses to hell and back for their poor planning and lack of communication!!! I had lots of things planned to do on my long weekend. Oh, well, I can use the extra money.
