Lets tell it like it is....The Dems are in BIG Trouble.
In the first month of Donald Trump’s second presidency, Republicans have naturally been taking their victory lap. A flurry of executive actions have dominated headlines, along with Trump getting the Cabinet he’s demanded.

In the meantime, Democrats have been abnormally quiet.
Really since the presidential election, the left of American politics has been regrouping.

It's not surprising that after such an embarrassing loss, the Democrats are having a long look in the mirror. Right now, their party lacks direction. Over the coming months, they need to figure out what they actually stand for, rather than what they stand against.

Democrats are lost. They need to find their path forward.

The Democratic Party has tons of problems, and this time needs to be used to sort those out. The next several years cannot be solely used waiting around for the Trump administration to implode. Some in the Democratic leadership, such as House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, are making attempts, but they lack the political capital to truly counter much of Trump's actions.

You do know that will never happen. Democrats have basically doubled down on the frootloops. Until they ditch the DEI/woke agenda and start courting Conservatives, they stand zero chance.

At best all the Democrats are doing ... Is attempting to figure out how they can 'rebrand' their agendas.

They did it when they started calling themselves Liberals ... When they are closer to Authoritarians ...
And aren't really interested in limiting the Power of the Federal Government.

They did when they took Critical Theory and the standard Class Warfare ... And added the word Race to the idea ...
Simply in hopes of casting a wider net ... And capturing more helpless souls.

They did it with Affirmative Action ... Changing it to Diversity Equity and Inclusion ...
To soften the words Affirmative and Actions ... Trying to drag the terms further away from their Authoritarian desires.

I mean ... Whatever they come up with ... Probably will be little more than slapping a different label ...
On the same old bottle of snake oil ... They have been trying to peddle for decades.

Nah ... I doubt we will really see something new ... Just some more of their piss poor marketing ...
Suitable for the gullible.

Yep. I remember after Carter lost. Who did the Dems run in 1984? Walter Effing MonDULL. He was basically what the archetypical Democrat was. Dukakis was the same way when he lost to Bush 41.

I guess their own Dem buddies told them it's not cool to "defund the police" and they finally figured that part out .......but it was toooooo late and they LOST! :)

The left RULES the Dem party with an iron fist, there is only one path and that's far left bat shit crazy policy and spending.

I LOVE that the Dem party is in a death spiral they can't pull out of. Already the tail broke off and the wings are coming apart, I can't wait until it impacts earth.

So far they seem like they have come to the conclusion that their best bet is to just continue on as is and hope Trump fails. That's the best they've got.

Well ... Hard to say it is a bad plan ... They may be underestimating the People and President Trump ...
But that's pretty much what they and the Republicans in the Establishment have done for a very long time.

Just rearrange the deck chairs on the Titanic ... Every two to four years ...

There is a lot of truth to that.

It's not weakness....it is quite literally cultural insanity.

OP is just trite and silly.

There ain’t a whole lot of valid reason for anyone to “stand up to” the President.

He’s doing really good work. The only ones who oppose what he’s doing (overall) are those who are getting their illicit gravy train from Democrat slush funds cut off.

No one is more weak than the Republicans in Congress. They have completely abdicated their Constitutional duties in fear of the orange god inciting his followers to go after them.

They bow and scrape when they know damned well Trump is wrong and criminal in so many ways. They whisper their concerns to each other, but never find the collective nerve to do anything about it, because they have seen those individuals with courage to stand against Trump get run out of town on a rail.

Never in our history has there been a more spineless, submissive group of cucks.

Democrats are a rudderless ship. No leadership and their antics being exposed
