Sure. But its risks need to be prominently presented just as they are with alcohol and tobacco. Currently they are not. This is the precedent for the lawsuits. Violation of the consumer fraud and deceptive practices act.
If I were to smoke some or be subjected to cannabis, I would suffer cannabis induced derealization disorder. Absolutely crippling condition. I’ve had to live with that threat for fifty years and now I see the pot industry hoodwink fools into exacerbating that threat.

Some people with anxiety disorders shouldn’t smoke pot, it is never a good look for them. Some people with anxiety disorders, it levels them out. Its not going to make everyone have a mental health episode.

Weed is already legal here. I have my medical card. All it took was government fee and a 2 min. phone call with the weed clinics doctor about my "back pain".

You can go to freaking jail for smoking a (legal) cigarette outdoors in some cities while the smoke from marijuana doesn't seem to bother the idiots who make the laws. Long term use may cause some disorders, sure, but anxiety issues are usually there to begin with.
