Interesting that the left screams that it is pro-environment, yet they want open borders and millions to flood in. Each human requires 1.5 acres of arable land per year to feed that person. Add to this that each person also requires additional resources and land upon which to live, thus, if you allow in unfettered millions, you lose more arable land to feed those millions, more deforestation, more loss of animal habitat and threats to our National Parks, National Forests, Wildlife Refuges and Wetlands and more shrinking of natural resources.
Closing our borders and removing those who are only here on temporary visas would preserve our resources longer, thus it's less a strain on the environment.
