Oh.5.7% is probably correct, however 88% of donations go to charitable programs and charitable grants. The confusion is in the terminology. The Clinton foundations operates it's own charitable programs such as programs that train farmers in Rwanda, plant tree seedlings in Africa and Asia, or provide healthy food choices to thousands of US schools. These are charitable programs that they manage and fund. They also give a small percent, probably about 6% to other charitable foundations. These are charitable grants listed in the article. The charitable grants plus the charitable programs they operate will average about 87% to 91% of donations. Charity Watch gives them an A rating.
