Democrats never go to prison for their crimes. The only reason Franken was relieved of his Senate seat is because Kirsten Gillibrand was too stupid and naive to understand the game. She actually thought #metoo was real, and so she demanded Franken get kicked out. She didn't understand it was a phony ruse cooked up by the left to be used only against Republicans.
