Whether the answer is yay or nay, those with a heart will enjoy “Sky Blossom” tonight 9 PM EST on MSNBC. Five years in the making.

Thanks, and please keep it clean and apolitical ONLY if you watch!

I took care of my Dad after heart surgery around the time he was 75. Drove me SO F’n nuts that I only made it 3 weeks.

God Bless those caregivers with more
fortitude & patience than I.

My wife and I took care of my mom in our dining room for her final two years of fighting dementia / Alzheimer's. She's been working as a caregiver ever since, helping mostly elderly people as needed in their private homes, getting them to appointments, and shopping. Hasn't paid well, but she finds it very meaningful and rewarding compared to most everything else she's done for money.

More info, and anxious to here about your caregiver experiences!
I'm an ex-emt /ff , did 3 decades in smallville USA

I worked with visiting nurses, hospice ,family services, etc ad nasuem

I got to know how the 'system' works ,even though i was whale sh*t level within it
