Why are they against transparency?

---Maricopa County and Dominion continue to defy legislative subpoenas for the items needed by the Arizona Senate to complete the first full forensic election audit in state history.---

It's funny that some complained and yelled fraud because the votes didn't all get counted on election night. Those same people can't count the votes after months.

Laugh all you want, douche canoe....Fact remains that there were numerous boxes of ballots that were short up to 15% of the ballots that they were supposed to contain, boxes that had obviously been tampered with, and discrepancies between the vote total and number of ballots on hand.

The Arizona Senate isn't doing the auditing....it is cyber ninjas or whatever they call themselves.

But if the Courts say that the companies and the county have to provide data...they should provide the data.

What are the courts saying?

Thread isn't about Trump....dyke
Aww poor baby...having to resort to name calling.

Go to court, get a subpoena. That is how grown ups do it (hence your blob's tax returns are now in the possession of prosecutors).

See how that works?

What? Under a legal subpoena of course they have to give over the information. Their legal status as a private entity gives them no immunity from a subpoena.
Sure it does. Why would the auditors need the voter's social security numbers?

Do you have a legitimate source for that information, or are you just repeating conspiracy theories?

You Democrats want it both ways. For five years you’ve claimed without evidence Trump is a Russian agent and Russia stole the election of 2016. Now you claim there is no evidence of voter fraud in 2020, while ridiculing anyone who suggests fraud exists. Can you see how this might be considered disingenuous?

The solution is simple. Fine Dominion 100K for every day they refuse to honor the subpoena. After a week, arrest the CEO. After two weeks, mandate the removal of all Dominion machines and bill Dominion for all costs associated with replacing the machines.
