If the fake claims that you were taught to parrot had any merit, where are the exposés of any of the thousands of co-conspirators? The explanations of how they all collaborated and coordinated their caper? The indictments of at least one or two of all the perpetrators of the massive election hoax? The Former Guy maintained his unpopularity throughout his one term before it dropped a few points further after his goons attacked Congress.

His predecessor was at 51% approval at the end of his first term, and 59% at the end of his second.

Naturally, all patriotic Americans hope that any president they elect is successful in serving the nation.

"So far, so good," is the best that can ever be said, but the portents are generally auspicious for the ongoing recovery.

Fresh off a big win with the American Rescue Plan, which enjoys nearly 70 percent support nationally, Gallup released its political affiliation polling for the first quarter of 2021 and the results were mighty good for left-leaners like us. ​

The data show that 49 percent of American adults identify with the Democratic Party or are independents who lean towards the Democratic Party. That’s a 9-point advantage over the 40 percent who identify with the Republican party or are Republican-leaning independents. This represents the largest quarterly gap in party affiliation since 2012. The typical advantage for Democrats is usually around 4 to 6 points.​

This is undoubtedly good news for Democrats and bad news for Republicans; GOP identification is close to the lowest ever recorded in Gallup history. …The Trump administration was a dark four years in American history, creating unprecedented dissatisfaction among many traditional GOP voters such as white suburbanites who may have no long-term loyalty to Democrats once Donald Trump is out of the picture…​
