Many of today's mainstream "churches" are beginning to allow "same sex marriage" or gay pastors. They are no longer Bible-centered churches but have chosen to appear popular with the world so that membership will remain high and the church CEOs can continue driving Caddies.
There's a special place set aside for said "church" leaders:
Revelation 20:10, "And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever."

It's ironic that so many conservatives who on the one hand complain about too much government in their lives will turn around and claim that we need to let the laws of the Bible rule almost every facet of our day to day lives.
