They have the final say, of course, but we cannot pretend that the other branches operate in a vacuum and just blunder around, expecting the SC to stop them. Each branch should be keenly aware of their rights AND responsibilities under the Constitution.did you forget the separation of powers in the constitution?
The executive branch executes laws. Assessment of constitutionality is under the judicial.
Then it's good that TRUMP! isn't involved, right?
