Oh, since 1966 england have never beaten germany in the knockout stage of a major tournament... hmm, that's not a very useful statistic. That doesn't sound like great news for tuesday..
Apparently we're eight places higher than germany in the fifa rankings. Just please not out on penalties again. The same stuff can't keep happening, surely.

Yellow cards starting creeping in, loss of discipline in the welsh, Denmark correctly 'hassled' them and they started making errors, Denmark managed to contain the Bale/Ramsey duo so they couldn't get enough shots on target, match stat of 1 welsh to 8 denmark shots on target isn't good enough for wales at this level of competition if they only had 1 on target and it was stopped by keeper well then they wouldn't be able to get goals to win, needs to be better at this level.
Overall Denmark had better tactics. Good game anyway.
I was more confident of wales beating denmark than england beating germany!
