Evidence That MSNBC Spread The Rumor That Trump Was Inciting Insurrection

Why would they want to hang Pence if he was letting the Senate conduct discovery on that evidence thru a congressional hearing....the same hearing that took place when Democrats protested the 2016 election results? Taking a snippet of his speech proves nothing. You have to take into account his calls for peaceful demonstration guaranteed by the constitution as well.
Isolating one comment to deceptively change the context of the entirety of the speech is reprehensible.
