The American Farm Bureau Federation and 26 other U.S. agricultural groups sent a letter to USDA Secretary Tom Vilsack and U.S. Trade Representative Katherine Tai to bring their attention to trade issues with Mexico.
“AFBF is extremely concerned with the rapidly deteriorating relationship between the U.S. and our neighbors to the South,” Zippy Duvall, Farm Bureau president, said in a written statement on Monday.

I don't think any "concerns" will be addressed simply because of leadership in both countries.

Trump had trade heading in the right direction and now we have this nincompoop screwing it all up. All countries know they can get over on Biden because he's so weak and stupid. That and the fact that Democrats don't give two shits about the American worker. When we lost Trump we lost all our bargaining power in trade.

Biden is there because a specific group of billionaires were cut out. That's it.
