Fascism is a conservative form of government.

most of your repressive ideologies come from the left and far left because they advocate heavy to total central planning and state control: communism, Marxism, fascism, socialism. The middle right to right allow for the most individual freedom especially Libertarians.

As someone with a PoliSci degree...trust me on this: fascism and communism are both leftist ideologies.

Actually..no.

Fascism..is a right wing ideology. In Italy and Germany it did use populism to gain power but later? It was strictly conservative.

Communism..while it may start out as "leftist"? In practice becomes quite conservative and right wing.

Right wing is always looking for a strong totalitarian government.

Libertarians?

Ever see Libertarians start a government or state?

Anywhere?

You have no idea what your babbling about. Communism is a leftist totalitarian ideology with a command economy. Fascism is also a leftist ideology that is totalitarian and a near command economy. Conservatives in America are constitutionalist or strict constructionist that are opposed to more big government and central planning of the state.

Fascism is the combination of "appointed" one party government, with religion and business/wealthy people doing the appointing.

That's the height of conservatism.

Anybody ever hear a conservative say that he wished the government would control the production and distribution of goods and services? Not lately. It seems that left wingers have not only been at war with real women and information but now they want to revise history.

I have yet to see a single bed wetter on this forum who knows shit about shit.

Modern "conservartives" are being maligned for wanting to starve children because we want the power of the federal government reduced.

Ever heard of a fascist that wanted reduced central power?

It's not even worth argueing with these simpletons, they're just regurgitating the bullshit they've been brainwashed with. They're programmed to reject any facts that compromise that brainwashing. Just let them all go queer and get abortions. They can swallow and flush all their offspring and the world will be a better place in just a couple generations.

Benito Mussolini:
What is Fascism, 1932

Benito Mussolini (1883-1945) over the course of his lifetime went from Socialism - he was editor of Avanti, a socialist newspaper - to the leadership of a new political movement called "fascism" [after "fasces", the symbol of bound sticks used a totem of power in ancient Rome].

Mussolini came to power after the "March on Rome" in 1922, and was appointed Prime Minister by King Victor Emmanuel.

In 1932 Mussolini wrote (with the help of Giovanni Gentile) and entry for the Italian Encyclopedia on the definition of fascism.

Fascism, the more it considers and observes the future and the development of humanity quite apart from political considerations of the moment, believes neither in the possibility nor the utility of perpetual peace. It thus repudiates the doctrine of Pacifism -- born of a renunciation of the struggle and an act of cowardice in the face of sacrifice. War alone brings up to its highest tension all human energy and puts the stamp of nobility upon the peoples who have courage to meet it. All other trials are substitutes, which never really put men into the position where they have to make the great decision -- the alternative of life or death....

...The Fascist accepts life and loves it, knowing nothing of and despising suicide: he rather conceives of life as duty and struggle and conquest, but above all for others -- those who are at hand and those who are far distant, contemporaries, and those who will come after...

...Fascism [is] the complete opposite of…Marxian Socialism, the materialist conception of history of human civilization can be explained simply through the conflict of interests among the various social groups and by the change and development in the means and instruments of production.... Fascism, now and always, believes in holiness and in heroism; that is to say, in actions influenced by no economic motive, direct or indirect. And if the economic conception of history be denied, according to which theory men are no more than puppets, carried to and fro by the waves of chance, while the real directing forces are quite out of their control, it follows that the existence of an unchangeable and unchanging class-war is also denied - the natural progeny of the economic conception of history. And above all Fascism denies that class-war can be the preponderant force in the transformation of society....

After Socialism, Fascism combats the whole complex system of democratic ideology, and repudiates it, whether in its theoretical premises or in its practical application. Fascism denies that the majority, by the simple fact that it is a majority, can direct human society; it denies that numbers alone can govern by means of a periodical consultation, and it affirms the immutable, beneficial, and fruitful inequality of mankind, which can never be permanently leveled through the mere operation of a mechanical process such as universal suffrage....

...Fascism denies, in democracy, the absur[d] conventional untruth of political equality dressed out in the garb of collective irresponsibility, and the myth of "happiness" and indefinite progress....

...iven that the nineteenth century was the century of Socialism, of Liberalism, and of Democracy, it does not necessarily follow that the twentieth century must also be a century of Socialism, Liberalism and Democracy: political doctrines pass, but humanity remains, and it may rather be expected that this will be a century of authority...a century of Fascism. For if the nineteenth century was a century of individualism it may be expected that this will be the century of collectivism and hence the century of the State....

The foundation of Fascism is the conception of the State, its character, its duty, and its aim. Fascism conceives of the State as an absolute, in comparison with which all individuals or groups are relative, only to be conceived of in their relation to the State. The conception of the Liberal State is not that of a directing force, guiding the play and development, both material and spiritual, of a collective body, but merely a force limited to the function of recording results: on the other hand, the Fascist State is itself conscious and has itself a will and a personality -- thus it may be called the "ethic" State....

...The Fascist State organizes the nation, but leaves a sufficient margin of liberty to the individual; the latter is deprived of all useless and possibly harmful freedom, but retains what is essential; the deciding power in this question cannot be the individual, but the State alone....

so what is your point again?

My point is that liberalism is intelligent, fair capitalism, not communism like half the dupes believe, the GOP is getting damn close to fascism that kills the nonrich and panders to the greedy idiot rich, and you're a brainwashed moron like the rest of the hater dupes. Idiot.:eusa_liar::cuckoo::lol: read something. My sig is a great start...

And you and your like-minded lefty democrats are not liberals. You are staunch conservatives. Neoconservatives in the most literal sense.

You have a degree?

Seriously?

From where?

Regents? Because then that would make sense.

And what the heck is "Constitutionalist"?

By the way Conservatives didn't write, or even know much about the United States Constitution aside from a bifurcated 2nd Amendment and misinterpreted 10th Amendment.

Conservative governments include Monarchy, Aristocracy, Theocracy, Dictatorships, Theocracy, Oligarchy and Fascism.

And if you had your druthers in political science you'd know that Marxism advocates for the eventual dissolution of a central government.

Which basically shows you don't really know what you are talking about.

Can't you guys see what's going on with this thread?

Swallow is just trying to convince himself he's not a fascist, and the only way he knows how is to accuse Republicans of being as such.

It is rather hilarious though, to see these Progressive shitbags lie to themselves over and over. Telling themselves that it's the Republicans, not Democrats, that favor a super authoritative government. That it's conservatives, not progressives, that abhor individual freedom. That it's "Tea-baggers", not elitist liberals, that crave subjugation by a superior political leader. It's the white Christians, not the supporters of Affirmative Action and La Raza, that are racists.

Yup, keep on drinking that cool-aid boys.

HOW is that? tell me how Hitler and Stalin were different?

Hitler exterminated his people surgically with systematic efficiency.

Stalin wiped them out wholesale with wanton disregard.

Just like every other hard core bed wetter, to stalin humanity was all equally worthless.

"Liberalism is a disease of the mind that weakens and corrupts human beings." -Adolf Hitler - 1939

The anti-Semitism of the new movement (Christian Social movement)
was based on religious ideas instead of racial knowledge.”

[Adolf Hitler, "Mein Kampf", Vol. 1, Chapter 3]

“I believe today that I am acting in the sense of the Almighty
Creator. By warding off the Jews I am fighting for the Lord’s work.”

[Adolph Hitler, Speech, Reichstag, 1936]

“My feelings as a Christian points me to my Lord and Savior as a
fighter. It points me to the man who once in loneliness, surrounded
by a few followers, recognized these Jews for what they were and
summoned men to fight against them and who, God’s truth! was greatest
not as a sufferer but as a fighter. In boundless love as a Christian
and as a man I read through the passage which tells us how the Lord
at last rose in His might and seized the scourge to drive out of the
Temple the brood of vipers and adders. How terrific was his fight
against the Jewish poison. Today, after two thousand years, with
deepest emotion I recognize more profoundly than ever before the fact
that it was for this that He had to shed his blood upon the Cross. As
a Christian I have no duty to allow myself to be cheated, but I have
the duty to be a fighter for truth and justice… And if there is
anything which could demonstrate that we are acting rightly, it is
the distress that daily grows. For as a Christian I have also a duty
to my own people. And when I look on my people I see them work and
work and toil and labor, and at the end of the week they have only
for their wages wretchedness and misery. When I go out in the morning
and see these men standing in their queues and look into their
pinched faces, then I believe I would be no Christian, but a very
devil, if I felt no pity for them, if I did not, as did our Lord two
thousand years ago, turn against those by whom today this poor people
are plundered and exposed.”

[Adolf Hitler, speech in Munich on April 12, 1922]

Fascism is the combination of "appointed" one party government, with religion and business/wealthy people doing the appointing.

That's the height of conservatism.

Only in your addled, little mind. You should really attempt to figure out, for your own future sanity, why you have such a strong desire to demonize and/or misrepresent the views of your political opponents.

You obviously don't know much about fascism or conservatism, and your remarks just make you appear foolish.

So now I'm a "conservative", even though I'm more of a libertarian.

I wonder what I'll be when they take over "libertarian".
