Zone1 FBI director posts photo of arrested Wisconsin judge’s perp walk, possibly violating DOJ policy

According to the Confidentiality and Media Contacts Policy listed on the Justice Department’s website, DOJ personnel “should not voluntarily disclose a photograph of a defendant unless it serves a law enforcement function or unless the photograph is already part of the public record in the case.”

Former Attorney General Eric Holder, who implemented the policy during the Obama administration, worked during his tenure to make it more difficult for members of the media to obtain photos of defendants, such as mug shots.

Dude, Those guys are long gone.

Anyway, there is a law enforcement function. It's called deterrance. Time for these part-time ANTIFA activists who work for the government to realize that they are NOT ABOVE THE LAW.

I get it. Seeing people get away with breaking the law during the summer of 2020, emboldened many. Time for their destructive lawlessness to be brought to heel.

Anyway, you are violating that policy by disclosing the photograph. It's right here:

Here's her face in case she is released for any reason:

Parents, do not let her anywhere near your children. She has no respect for the law.

Wow, the FBI Director posting a photo of a judge in handcuffs on X?!? In violation of department policy?!?
They're not just amateurs, they're clowns.

Look, I only saw the back of her head so it does not violate any policy. But I applaud Kash's effort to show us this picture to show that he is doing his job and that

--- ELECTIONS HAVE CONSEQUENCES ---

Now just pray she isn't deported to Gitmo. High government officials caught so corruptly abusing their position do not deserve any consideration.

LOL remember Roger Stone?
Oh, yes. Very good point.

The media's outrage at this is contrived as usual. If that judge had been treated the way the FBI of he past treated Trumpers suspected of a crime, there would have been an early morning SWAT raid on her home, not a daytime arrest out of sight of her family.

So, although my political side may have been pleased to see Roger Stone, President Trump’s longtime advisor, arrested this morning, that’s not the end of it.

My defense-lawyer side raged at his arrest.

Why in the world is the FBI showing up at Mr. Stone’s house in full SWAT-team gear to arrest him? And, how is it that the media just happened to be there?

The perp walk is alive and well.

It’s an abuse of prosecutorial and law enforcement power.

(December 18, 2024 – Washington, D.C.) Peaceful pro-life advocate Paul Vaughn described the harrowing morning SWAT-style FBI raid on his home in front of his wife and 11 children during his testimony before a congressional subcommittee on Wednesday, December 18. Vaughn and his attorney, Thomas More Society Senior Counsel Steve Crampton, appeared before the U.S. House of Representatives Subcommittee on the Constitution and Limited Government regarding the Biden-Harris Department of Justice’s weaponization of the FACE Act.
