“Congress has given the authority to hire and fire to the agencies themselves. The Department of Defense, for example, has statutory authority to hire and fire,” Alsup said from the bench as he handed down the ruling Thursday evening in San Francisco federal court. “The Office of Personnel Management does not have any authority whatsoever under any statute in the history of the universe to hire and fire employees at another agency. They can hire and fire their own employees.”

Here's some food for thought. Everyone of those employees not only gets their jobs back, but with back pay, and lost benefits.

And Elon Musk isn't a legitimate government employee. He has no immunity whatsoever from civil suit. Everyone of those employees should file separate suits for $100 million in compensatory, and $1 billion in punitive damages, and bankrupt his ass. There is no shortage of jurors in the country that would rule in their favor.

Just remember who it was that wanted to maintain government waste even as the country goes further into unsustainable debt! Trump is trying to save the country and people like you don't want it to happen.

We need Roberts to step up and tell these low level judges that they have no authority over Trump's Article 2 Powers

Lol..no, you can't sue someone just because you hate them...the fact that you claim there are many jurors who WOULD convict for something like that should tell you something...

This needs to go to SCOTUS, Article II is clear as bell on this!

Can Trump sign an EO reviewing judicial decisions and rulings?

Right?

Imagine Trump sending a letter to a county judge in some tiny blue state telling her to rule this way or that on a particular motion. That would be an equally absurd intrusion into the powers of another branch of government.

Democrats won't get that analogy, of course. They don't like a particular court ruling, they make violent threats against the court. So sending a letter would make Trump look like a piker to them.

I said Just is the law of the land, which is defined by Scotus.

Stop whining and fibbing. Don't be a magaturd.

The President will follow what the courts say.
