Four dead and dozens hurt in Alabama mass shooting

How about trying common sense regulations and laws on guns like you do on such things as cars and food hygiene, and like most other countries do 🤔

Results won't happen overnight, but at least future generations could attend school and shopping without getting their brains shot out.
If you took every single mass shooting there was, common sense gun control would not have prevented most of them from happening. And don't give me any crap that if there were no automatic weapons out there, mass shootings wouldn't be happening. Common sense is keeping known dangerous people off the streets. Why on Earth do we want to let known dangerous people be walking the streets amongst us? That's just plain stupid.

At least four people have been killed and dozens injured in a mass shooting in Birmingham, Alabama, police say.

“Multiple shooters fired multiple shots on a group of people” late on Satuday in the Five Points South area of the city, Birmingham police officer Truman Fitzgerald said.

Police found the bodies of two men and one woman at the scene and a fourth victim died of bullet wounds in hospital, he said

The rest of the story...

Police believe multiple suspects arrived at the location in a vehicle. The suspects exited the vehicle and fired multiple shots at a group of people who were on the sidewalk of Magnolia Avenue before getting back in their vehicle and fleeing the scene.

Detectives believe the shooting was not random and stemmed from an isolated incident where multiple victims were caught in the crossfire.

In a new conference Sunday morning, Birmingham Police Chief Scott Thurmond says he believes someone was paid to kill the targeted victim, and they believe that victim is among those who died.

Police confirmed the weapons used were fully automatic. More than 100 shell casings were found at the scene, according to Chief Thurmond.

Fully automatic weapons are already highly regulated.

You need a special licence from the ATF, You must pass an extensive background check and be fingerprinted.

What kind of gun control laws do you believe would have stopped someone from illegally owning and using an automatic weapon?

It means that I have more reason to regret slavery than the angry black activists who post on this forum
It isnt the fault of the United States, but Britstain for having indentured servants and then a black slave owner sues to make it permanent slavery. Of course Britstain agreed with the decision and that was how slavery ended up in the States.

Anthony Johnson sued Robert Parker in the Northampton Court in 1654. In 1655, the court ruled that Anthony Johnson could hold John Casor indefinitely. The court gave judicial sanction for blacks to own slave of their own race. Thus Casor became the first permanent slave and Johnson the first slave owner.

No the 2nd amendment culture isn't responsible for ANY of the problem. Because they support felons being banned from owning guns.

How many gun laws does one need to break before you stop blaming the constitution?
Hilarious

We need more guns everywhere with thoughts and prayers.

It's time to wake up to what we've become.
Indeed. As per protocol, the media finds and interviews victims who display appropriate victimhood, and one guy describes it as a "war zone," although I seriously doubt that he would know what that would actually look like. I didn't see any real anger at this carnage, just pleading for the authorities to do something. Acceptance in other words. In a war zone you could shoot back and defend yourself, and there would be counterattacks, not just more posturing and trying to apologize for the enemy.
