Jordan was once part of the military alliance against Israel and joined in the attack on Israel in 1948. But over the years they have been far more committed to peace and they have had diplomatic relations with Israel since the mid 1990s.

The human capacity to see and embrace truth is very large. But when the peeples' leaders, education and media ndoctrinates instead of informing/educating, and the company that they keep reinforces that, they will too often either not know the truth or will reject the truth in favor of some of the worst evil dishonesty.

They did but had some approval when they did it, Nobody anticipated how evil Hamas would turn out to be. And those countries, including us, who approved or at least didn't object to Hamas back then are too often unwilling to condemn their evil now.

The fact is that the Gazans are being oppressed by HAMAS - and not the Jews, who vacated that land more than a decade ago. But the antisemites always look for a way to blame the Jews.

So true. What Hamas has done & is still doing to get Palestinians killed is hard to forgive. Still not all hostages released.

But Hamas is not some alien force that captured Gaza. With very few exceptions, the people of Gaza endorse Hamas' policy of endless war with Isreal, so they are not being oppressed by Hamas, they support Hamas. This means there are very, very few innocent Palestinians in Gaza and that there is no feasible political solution to the violence. The war can only end when the so called Palestinians in Gaza no longer have the means to attack Israel and no longer have the ability to try to reacquire them.
