People need to be in prison for this.

Biden’s $7.5 billion investment in EV charging has only produced 7 stations in two years

March 29, 2024

President Biden has long vowed to build 500,000 electric vehicle charging stations in the United States by 2030. Those stations, the White House said, would help Americans feel confident purchasing and driving electric cars, and help the country cut carbon pollution.

But now, more than two years after Congress allocated $7.5 billion to help build out those stations, only 7 EV charging stations are operational across four states.

What Happened to Biden’s $43 Billion for Broadband?

January 24, 2025

Few amenities of modern life feel as essential as fast internet. So it’s a little puzzling that a $42.5 billion Biden administration program intended to widen broadband access hasn’t managed to connect many new users. In fact, it hasn’t connected anyone at all.

In the case of chargers, obviously most of the money has not been spent yet.

Meanwhile, your beloved fuhrer is having the ones that are installed, and the ones at federal facilities turned off, thus wasting the money spent on installing them.

In the case of rural broadband.... that was having a significant impact into spreading broadband access to rural areas.

But Trump wants you on dial up, so he put a stop to internet access for all, too.

How pathetic

So impatient. The work is getting done unless Trump and Elon kill it.

First you have to build infrastructure backbone with charging stations and actual Internet connection last.

The states have been given the money to execute
