How Come UK and Europe have significantly higher Inflation than the US???

It must be Biden's fault !

Funny how the facts clearly and unequivocally show that inflation is more predominantly due to the supply side than the demand side. Europe and the UK are much more impacted by Putin's war inflation than the US.
Inflation in the UK is at 8.7%
Inflation in Eurozone is at 7.1%
Inflation in the US just came in at 4%

Supply chain issues and the war in Ukraine are the causes of inflation. Republican have a track record of complete and total failure and they are desperate to try and blame Biden for inflation when all the facts clearly show it is a supply side issue.
This is just another example of the republican spin and lie machine, desperate for something to discredit Biden's booming economy and best labor market in US history.

Probably due to energy and transportation costs associated with then since Russian oil is not welcome. Also, I assume that illegal labour keeps costs down in many sectors in the U.S, such as housing renovations etc.

The massive increase in the cost gas was an issues while they were swapping supplier..
Turns out that Europe also used it as an opportunity to push towards renewables...

Renewables were making so much money they had to pay a new 'Windfall' tax...
They took the tax and just gave it to consumers.. So you get credited in Ireland $200 every 3 months on your electricity bill..

Housing was a major issue. It is more linked to COVID and Eastern Europe... A certain amount went home and didn't come back... Ukrainians didn't replace them which would normally happen... Ukrainians are known hard workers in Europe, they are the new Poland...

But also EU can be more techie than US.. Larger Urban population and the lack of microchips has been a killer..

Because with smaller economies it shows up in the percentages better. The US has the world's largest economy so the sheer volume makes it harder for percentages to move as much as in smaller economies.
