Trump's Advisers Want Tom Fitton to Butt Out: Report
Trump reportedly ignores the counsel of his lawyers in favor of advice from Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton, according to The Washington Post

"DONALD TRUMP CAN’T stop taking advice from Judicial Watch President (and definitely not a lawyer) Tom Fitton — and it’s driving his attorneys crazy. According to a report from The Washington Post, who spoke to seven Trump advisers familiar with the behind-the-scenes events of Trump’s indictment by the Justice Department, lawyers for the former president pleaded with him to cooperate with investigators looking to recover the hundreds of classified documents Trump took with him after leaving the White House. Sources told the Post that Fitton’s name was often invoked by Trump in his explanations as to why he was choosing to ignore the legal advice he pays millions of dollars for. Multiple advisers to the former president told the Post that they believe Trump’s insistence that he could keep the documents without repercussion, and his invocation of the “Clinton Socks” case as justification, are a direct result of Fitton’s advice."
Following the advice of Fitton was a brilliant move by Trump because Fitton is not a lawyer; therefore he is not bound by the hidden rules of the Deep State that so many lawyers abide by...Fitton is the founder of Judicial Watch, one of the greatest legal institutions in the history of this country -- and their work on exposing the Clintons and making them accountable for their decades of criminal acts is unmatched. Although, the Clinton sock drawer case is not remotely close to this case, it doesn't matter because when you bring up the name Clinton, everyone automatically knows that what Clinton did was far worse than what Trump is being accused of -- as long as you don't actually read anything about the differences between the two...
Fitton was correct to tell Trump to ignore the subpoena and keep the documents, even lie to the FBI if need be...I don't know why Fitton didn't follow that advice and fight back against the FBI search warrant and the grand jury subpoena he received, but anyhoo...Fitton was also right to tell Trump that he can hide these documents from the FBI and even hide them from his own lawyers....none of it is illegal as long as you are the president, which Trump still is...in the hearts of millions.....which is basically the same as being the current president.....look at his rallies..... so as Nixon himself said, as long as the president does it, it is by definition, not a crime....unless you are Biden and stuff, then that's different..Now, I am not sure if this legal argument will hold up in most Deep State courts due to their control over the federal judges, but Judge Cannon is perhaps one of the only judges in America who is brave enough to help Trump fight back against the Deep State and win; and we all owe Tom Fitton our deepest gratitude for being the spark to convince Trump to take up this fight.
