Chinese restaurants around here are real and are always delivered by chinese people, many of them barely speaking English. Usually the delivery guy is the father or uncle of the family owning and cooking the food. There is no text messaging from any of them.

Why does it matter?

Personally, I'd never trust anyone but ACTUAL restaurant employed drivers delivering my food.

I've seen WAY too many horror stories about all this Uber, Foodie, Lyft, and other such delivery services doing "god knows what" to your food.

No Democrat cares, and very very few Republicans care, either. And Trump certainly doesn't. Anyone who ever gets elected to such high office is all beholden to the big money. And big money does not care about the country nor Americans.
