I wouldn't worry about this if I were Musk.

Elon Musk and SpaceX Face Federal Reviews After Violations of Security Reporting Rules

Elon Musk and his rocket company, SpaceX, have repeatedly failed to comply with federal reporting protocols aimed at protecting state secrets, including by not providing some details of his meetings with foreign leaders, according to people with knowledge of the company and internal documents.

Concerns about the reporting practices — and particularly about Mr. Musk, who is SpaceX’s chief executive — have triggered at least three federal reviews, eight people with knowledge of the efforts said. The Defense Department’s Office of Inspector General opened a review into the matter this year, and the Air Force and the Pentagon’s Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security separately initiated reviews last month.

The Air Force also recently denied Mr. Musk a high-level security access, citing potential security risks associated with the billionaire. Several allied nations, including Israel, have also expressed concerns that he could share sensitive data with others, according to defense officials.

I mean, c'mon. Have you seen the pictures of Elon munching on burgers on Don's jet? And Musk jumping up and down on stage with Donald before the election. Did you hear about Elon contributing $250M to the orange enemy of the state's campaign?

What's federal reporting protocols among friends? After all, Don used unsecure phones, gave security clearances to those who shouldn't have had them, and stole classified documents. There's nothing he likes more than consorting with people who have done what he's done. Like sexually abuse women, and defy subpoenas.

I mean, c'mon. Have you seen the pictures of Elon munching on burgers with Bone Spurs on Don's jet? And Musk jumping up and down on stage with Baby Donald before the election. Did you hear about Elon contributing $250M to the orange enemy of the state's campaign?

The Don never stole classified documents.

He isn’t like Clinton or any of those Democrat stooges. Sandy Beger ring a bell?

Hopefully all these clowns that are claiming Musk is a “security threat” Will be fired once President Trump is sworn in.

The Don never stole classified documents.
On Earth 1 he did. On Earth 2 he weighs 210 pounds, has naturally orange complexion, never tells a lie, is a stable genius, and has a wonderful relationship with Melania.

After spending so much time recoiling at the suggestion trump plans to introduce autocratic governance I find it curious how many times you folks openly yearn for it.

Mr. Musk is facing scrutiny as he wields increasing power around the world through his myriad businesses — particularly SpaceX but also the social media company X and the electric carmaker Tesla. While the 53-year-old has long blown past norms and conventions that do not suit him or his companies, the stakes are arguably higher when it comes to national security matters.

When the future prez is in your back pocket, beholden to you for the things you've done for him ($250M), life is good.

Here's what $250M buys you.

Trump team wants to scrap car-crash reporting rule that Tesla opposes

The Trump transition team wants the incoming administration to drop a car-crash reporting requirement opposed by Elon Musk’s Tesla, according to a document seen by Reuters, a move that could cripple the government’s ability to investigate and regulate the safety of vehicles with automated-driving systems.

Musk, the world’s richest person, spent more than a quarter of a billion dollars helping Trump get elected president in November. Removing the crash-disclosure provision would particularly benefit Tesla, which has reported most of the crashes – more than 1,500 – to federal safety regulators under the program. Tesla has been targeted in National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) investigations, including three stemming from the data.

The recommendation to kill the crash-reporting rule came from a transition team tasked with producing a 100-day strategy for automotive policy. The group called the measure a mandate for “excessive” data collection, the document seen by Reuters shows.

In case you were wondering, this is what crony capitalism looks like.

While you openly yearn for Hunter paintings, prostitutes, pipes and 10% for the potato. And then there is your love affair for heels up/word salad/alcoholic.

No one recoiled at the suggestion that Trump plans to introduce autocratic governance. We never believed it to begin with.

The scope of democrat lies for the last four years is just now beginning to be uncovered. This doesn't mean they will stop lying.
