She’s supposed to explain how Trump’s behavior is not actually fraudulent.
Musta missed when that ignorant twit asked her that question.

She exposed just how CORRUPT the Dem party is. They lie and cheat and make a mockery of the law and Constitution.
Sure you can. Fraud is fraud whether the victim complains or not.oh she did in the video.....you can't commit fraud, when you don't have a victim saying they were defrauded. She explained that, from the testimony of the banks, where they said they weren't defrauded.
I think the guy sitting on the panel was indeed a twit. He did a piss poor job, at least in the short clip.Musta missed then that ignorant twit asked her that question.

Kelley seems to substitute making a coherent argument with righteous indignation.
You mean like Democrat lawmakers specifically changed the law so E. Jean Carroll could sue him for baseless allegations?because he has judges who will change the rules for him.
What’s that?He told the same lies you tell here every day.
Megyn does not work for Fox, Trump or anyone else. She has her own podcast and makes a fine living without pandering to anyone. She is a smart, astute woman. She explained why those 5 jurisdictions are using lawfare. Maybe listen again, you obviously missed most of it due to your TDS blinders.I feel badly for her that she's been forced, in order to make a living, to spew the MAGAist lies about the trials to morons. She said all 5 jurisdictions bringing charges against him were conspiracies to do so. A view that itself is a batshyte crazy, conspiracy theory.
That’s just not true. You mean like Democrat lawmakers specifically changed the law so E. Jean Carroll could sue him for baseless allegations?
She panders to her audience, like a lot of right wing media figures.Megyn does not work for Fox, Trump or anyone else. She has her own podcast and makes a fine living without pandering to anyone. The fact is, it's not fraud to tell a bank what you think your property is worth. If that were so, most borrowers would be in jail. Take off your TDS blinders.Sure you can. Fraud is fraud whether the victim complains or not.
Fact is he lied about the value of his properties. It’s undeniable.
Borrowers use appraised values for their properties when applying for a loan. The fact is, it's not fraud to tell a bank what you think your property is worth. If that were so, most borrowers would be in jail. Take off your TDS blinders.
Yes, you can write down what you think your property is worth. You can challenge an appraisal too. None of that is against the law. It’s up to the one lending the money to decide if the equity is there. In this case, the bank decided to make the loan the loan was paid back in full and now we have idiots blinded by TDS trying to say the loan was fraudulent.Fact is that you can’t just write down whatever you want. I can’t. You can’t. Trump can’t.
No, you can’t write down whatever you want. The value has to have a basis in reality. It has to be defensible.Yes, you can write down what you think your property is worth. Fat uhly minority and she would be your favoriteShe panders to her audience, like a lot of right wing media figures.
It’s very profitable.
Lenders get the appraisalsBorrowers use appraised values for their properties when applying for a loan.
Trump had appraised values and then made up lies about his properties to inflate their value.
Fact is that you can’t just write down whatever you want. I can’t. You can’t. Trump can’t.
Okay chief. Feel better?Fat uhly minority and she would be your favorite
You are wrong and an idiot. If you go to a bank and want a loan and tell them what you think your property is worth it's not against the law!! The BANK decides your equity not YOU!!! Trump can pretend all he wants but, the BANK has a fiduciary duty to VERIFY and they DID and gave the loan. You are a blithering, ignorant, stupid, fool to post what you did.No, you can’t write down whatever you want. The value has to have a basis in reality. It has to be defensible.
If you’re lying about your property to achieve a higher value, it’s fraud.
That’s exactly what Trump did.
He pretended his apartment was 3x larger than it was.
He pretended he built a dozen mansions on a property that legally wouldn’t allow it.
He pretended he had access to liquid investment when it was part of an investment vehicle that he couldn’t independent control.
His valuations were constructed based on lies and that is indeed fraud.
Thank you. Honestly the ignorance of TDSers is astounding.Lenders get the appraisals
Buyers do not arrive with one in hand that lenders work with
You are dumb as shit and talking about business when you are clueless
It was part of a statement of financial condition which listed all of his assets. It would be absurd to think the lender would independently appraise every Trump property.Lenders get the appraisals
