I'd like to report a murder: Megyn Kelly delivers most brutal takedown EVER of a Trump-hater

The properties we are talking about were not being used for equity.

You just don’t know the facts of the case.
If they were not being used for equity or the loan then there is no reason to charge anybody with anything is there? You have already demonstrated a lack of knowledge about valuation and the lending industry as well as the Real Estate Market yet, here you are spewing shit. I'm afraid it is YOU who doesn't know the facts of the case.

The bank required a statement of financial condition. It was a requirement for making the loan.

Again, you can’t just lie to banks in financial documents. Trump lied.

The fact is, it's not fraud to tell a bank what you think your property is worth. If that were so, most borrowers would be in jail. Take off your TDS blinders.
They always forget that banks have their own assessment team. They don't take anybody's word for it. Their people assess the property or whatever and place a value on it. The process goes from there. All loans were repaid with interest so nobody got defrauded.

Trump’s 2011 financial statement listed his net worth as $4.3 billion, though Deutsche Bank pegged it around $2.4 billion in an internal credit report as he sought the Doral loan. The bank knocked 75% off the worth he’d given for planned developments, with the internal document citing “the uncertainty in valuing undeveloped land,” for example. The bankers halved the value he’d listed for his golf courses and had a $94 million difference of opinion over how to account for golf membership deposits among his liquid assets.

Knock yourself out

The bank’s actions are irrelevant. Trump still lied.

I see neither you know Kelley have any idea why it could be overturned but believe it anyway. How emotional.

Yeah well the BANK reviewed that statement and obviously found it sound enough to make the loan. and they were correct because the loan was paid back IN FULL and the bank said they would do business with Trump in the future. You got exactly nothing here Marener, just give up.

Again, it’s irrelevant what the bank thought. Trump still lied.

What exactly did Trump lie about? Who said he lied?

So you started out claiming the bank was defrauded, couldn't prove it and now you call the bank 'irrelevant' you are a real piece of work.

The fact that Trump lied is the fraud.

It was proven in court.

The bank’s process is irrelevant to this. The crime occurred when Trump submitted a financial statement to the bank that was false.

Thats exactly what prosecutors did at the very long and involved trial which you clearly know nothing of.
Prosecutors took misdemeanors and made them felonies. Prosecutors relied on a tax assessment to 'prove' Trump illegally overvalued his property The whole case is built on a house of cards and will come crashing down.

No, prosecutors relied on testimony and facts to prosecute overvalued his property.

She's not that hot any more. Why do you think Ailes fired her?
What about that pesky truth?
