yes...they want to ban guns but lack the power to do so...so they will do it by baby steps.....

That is because gang members, drug dealers, and other criminals do not frequently shop for guns and ammunition at retail outlets. Rather, they buy them on the streets.
So...again...another stupid action by anti gun extremists that will do absolutely nothing to keep guns and bullets from criminals....
But...their goal is to make it harder for law abiding people to afford guns and ammo...so....voting needs a tax, speech needs a tax..........
