I recognize and have used all but one or two of the 35 objects from this link; guess I’m an ancient old dinosaur, LOL - now, excuse me, whilst I retire to my typewriter, 8 track tapes and classic Atari games: If you remember any of these, you just might be ancient….

Every time I see a lawn sign around town that says "Be Kind", I always follow it up with "Rewind"...
When I worked for Blockbuster Video over thirty years ago, that was our motto. I miss those days, especially the videotape rewinding machine. The store only had a couple of machines and my job was to take care of all the returns. It took me all day, but I got every single tape back to the beginning. Much simpler times, those were!

I and a friend of mine thought it would be funny to put the "Please be kind, Rewind" stickers on the Laser Discs.

I found a box of great classic rock Cassettes at a garage sale and bought them and I found my player and that's what I listen to in my garage when I'm working out there... I wired my player to four great speakers.... The cassettes sound better than MP3s in my opinion...

First one is a classic square shaped TV. Second one is a hand operated pencil sharpener. Third is the stuff they used in schools to cover books. It's obvious they are school Textbooks. Fourth is a VHS tape. Fifth is a cassette tape. Sixth is 1980s style Coke and Mountain Dew bottle. And finally seventh is the typical paper that schools used when I was in elementary school in the mid to late 2000s.

Recognize them all so yeah, I'm ancient. I'm old enough to remember when most homes didn't have television and those who did had at most three channels when the snow didn't obliterate the picture. And you had to get up and change the channel on the TV. There was no such thing as a remote control. Our daughter wants us to bequeath her our little 45rpm record player and the box of 45rpm records that we played on it.
